Mother's Day Rocks!
Being a mom definitely has it's rewards... I get artistic cards made with the traditional elmers glue and non-traditional painters tape. Statements of affection and sacrifice in the form of Hubba Bubba gum (in case you were wondering what was taped down) and freshly picked flowers from the yard during a weed pull. I can use my six year old boy as a front to spend mother's day at the smash up crash up derby. And of course I get to pick wich pictures go on the web, but the real joy is holding my growing kid on my lap after the bath and taking pictures of ourselves. Yeah, I probably shouldn't have electronic equipment that close to the water... but hey, you only live once right? HUH??? Yup, just once. So make it worth it!
