Meet Simone
5 days and counting...Simone is a tiny, cute spider smack-dab in the middle of my pantry door.
He was just there one morning. I resited the usual urge to smash his tiny body with a kleenex and throw him in the toilet. He was just so small and harmless.
So I left him there, giving him an opportunity to escape for good.
But he stayed. I don't know why. I open the door multiple times a day and he'll wince a bit at the vibrations, then pull his fine, tiny legs in toward his body.
If you love something, let it go and if it returns then you know it loves you too, right?
He loves us - I'm convinced. So every morning I check up on him to see what new thing he's doing.
He's not doing anything new. He just clings to the middle of my white pantry door.
